A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Protection tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five in the UAE and a few from Turkey. It uncovered that all eight samples were being viewed as "faulty". 5 from the goods sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which is not permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
